BBC News - Lucas loses Star Wars copyright case at Supreme Court
Slippery slope indeed… who’s intellectual property is it? The man who created it and sold PIECES to Lucas, or Lucas who bought the pieces?
an interesting dilemma one i can see both sides of the issue, as an artist tho, i kinda side with the artist himself, only because Lucas did not outright purchase the rights or the designs from the artist in the beginning, merely asked him for 50 copies of the helmet.

i sitted in a delorian! it’s the bttf delorian, built by the Hollers, and they are driving for a cure,
Adam, Troy, Carol and i were invited to pose with Terry Holler because T and i were in our BTTF costumes, Terry took my remote control and handed me THE remote control, for the pictures… it was epic!
